ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product packaging remains unopened and intact.

RETURN PROCESS
Notification: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact Dogginstix Store via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be clearly printed on your return shipment.
Packaging and Shipping: Ensure that the product is returned in its original, sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure delivery.
Timeframe: All returns must be received by Dogginstix Store within three weeks from the date of notification of the return request.
Refund: Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the value of the unused merchandise. Please note that for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used items.
Fees: We do not charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and want you to feel confident knowing that returning a product is hassle-free.
